Order Exchange is a free of charge service where businesses can invite anonymous bids from national and international subcontractors without obligation. Once businesses have received bids from subcontractors via FIELD BRAND, the businesses are not obliged to utilise these bids.
Our Order Exchange service breaks with the traditional way to do business. Our concept is based on the bidder having to submit the lowest bid on an Exchange Order, and not the highest bid.

A job which has been set up on Order Exchange has a selling period from 7 days and up to 90 days before the job is removed from Order Exchange. The customer thus chooses the deadline themselves, without forewarning and within a stated time frame when the job must be removed from Order Exchange.

Order Exchange’s after sales service

When you utilise our Exchange Service you can choose to let FIELD BRAND be responsible for following up quality and delivery with subcontractors.

Once you have completed the form Set up Online Order Status free of charge and sent it to us, you will receive a username and password for FIELDCONNECT-DATA within 24 hours , so you can follow your purchase orders from order placement, through to production and finally delivery
